The Journey


Born on July 8, 1973, Adjetey Anang was drawn to the arts from a young age. He pursued his passion for acting and performance academically, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana and a Masters in Dramatic Arts at Wits University in Johannesburg and is currently signed to Ghana’s premiere record and talent management label, Lynx Entertainment.


Adjetey Anang became a household name in Ghana through his role as "Pusher" in the television series "Things We Do for Love." His portrayal of the character was so compelling that it left an indelible mark on viewers and solidified his status as a leading actor in Ghanaian television.

His prowers in acting has earned him roles in music videos of many artists in the country. He is one of the few Ghanaian actors, who have international roles in movies both on theatrical stages and in recorded films, and was featured in a Dutch movie titled, ‘Slavery’.


In addition to his work in film and television, Adjetey has been actively involved in theatre productions, both as an actor and a director. His contributions to stage productions have been instrumental in promoting the performing arts in Ghana.
